With Nicolas Dobigeon and Olivier Berné, we are looking for a PhD candidate in image processing and machine learning. The aim is to perform the fusion of multispectral and hyperspectral images acquired by the James-Webb Space Telescope. The PhD will improve the current fusion algorithm (and in particular the spatial regularization), and apply the method to real data acquired by the instruments NIRCam and NIRSpec.
